Ms. Flournoy required a retainer fee of $1,800 from me for a service in May 2017, which I paid. She offered to give me a refund in August 2017. As of November 2017, no services have been rendered and she has not paid my refund. I've strived to contact her SEVERAL times with no success. Find someone else.
