She did not contact any of the parties involved in my sons case. She recommended joint custody because she believes lies my ex said and wanted this case off of her desk. She would not listen to my son say over and over again that he didn’t want the week in week off schedule. Now my son is terrified of his dad because there is no telling what is going on there. But dad doesn’t have to pay child support.. his ultimate goal. I will be filing a case against her. I hope that Henry county will grow to have more guardians rather then being forced to use the only one.
