Very slow and unresponsive.

I was given excellent customer service with Burrow and Associate. The ladies that answer the phone were always polite. This was my first auto injury and i had no one to turn to or trust to help me not be taken advantage of by the other insurance. I admire and respect and trust the team that works for Burrow and Associate, Thank you

Do not and I repeat do not go to this place for your bankruptcy. They are very unprofessional and they treat their clients as a number, so you will not be satisfied with the services. They do not follow up with you and keep you abreast of what going on; which makes it difficult to stay on top of your case. Very, very poor customer service!!!

It took me to fire two offices....but when I called burrow and associates I knew right away after one conversation that I could stop my worries!.. I am pleased with my settlement and it didn't take as long as I thought....THANKS A BUNCH TO THE BRANCHES COMPANIES AND ITS EMPLOYEES!
