Horrible! Extremely Unprofessional! Mrs Bandoh didn't show up for court until just before the courtroom doors closed. When she met with me no apology for her tardiness, just acted as if i was inconveniencing her. NEVER will use her again.

Ms. Bandoh is very professional and quick with information and advice. She was nice enough to handle my hundreds of questions over the phone concerning immigration for my fiance and the ultimate adoption of her daughter. Her price is very reasonable for immigration matters compared to other attorneys North of Atlanta. I plan to retain her for all the future immigration issues my new family will have and highly recommend her.

Mrs. Kimberly Bandoh is a very awesome lawyer with a lot of care in heart for others I requested her from my job legal plan and she has been most pleasant to work with very professional, honest, and know what’s she doing and that’s a plus she is now working on a second case for me and I have referred her to many others and the outcome has been great her receptionist is also very kind, and nice and will take the time to ask all detailed information and that’s a plus for me. I was given Kimberly Bandoh contact information from my Legal Services through my job. I must say Ms. Bandoh is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I wanted advice as to what I can do about my dying little puppy I purchased. Ms. Bandoh was down right nasty and rude, she talked to me so badly I nearly cried. I was explaining that my daughter's little puppy was very sick and we didn't find out until two weeks later just how sick he is. I was told by the vet that the pet store sold us a critical puppy and he may die. Ms. Bandoh told me I missed the window to take him back and that I knew he was sick. As I was trying to tell her we didn't know, she said "He was sick and there is nothing I can do for you" I asked her to please explain because we didn't know, she then yelled over the phone "you knew he was sick and I can't help you" then she slammed the phone down. I was in tears at how unsympathetic she was and just didn't care to hear what I had to say. I have reported Ms. Bandoh to the Legal Services that referred her so no one else will have to endure what I went through. If i could give her zero stars I would. Please consider another firm if you are thinking about using Ms. Kimberly Bandoh, she doesn't care and will not even try to hear what you have to say.

Called to get a consultation as covered by my legal plan but instead was met with a curt, rude person who answered my call.

My legal plan affords me a consultation where I am to discuss my situation and then the attorney offers me advice, options, and explains what the cost would be to represent me.

Instead the person who answered the call rushed me through the discussion with the call lasting a total of 8 minutes. During the call when I asked clarification questions at one point I was asked, "What about what I just said don't you understand?" Very rude and condescending.

If they don't want to treat potential clients with respect then.they should exit the business.

Not a great experience.

She's terrible. I tried to use my legal plan for her services and instead of simply saying that she didn't want to represent me she gave me the run around. She kept saying that my plan didn't cover the service I wanted when the truth was that she simply didn't handle that kind of case. She also told me I PROBABLY wouldn't need a lawyer. She's very unprofessional, her and her secretary. I finally googled her and found out that she was arrested for leaving her 2 and 3 year old in the car in 2015!!! I learned my lesson, google them first!
