If I could put a 0 I would. I called to see how much it will be to file. The guy was very rude. They will change you different for each one. You have to know everything you own bc they will not look it up. Then he said I was to far out of Atlanta for them to help me. Very rude person and it maybe good am not going to use them with how rude he was

My experience here was a total nightmare. I thought I was gonna get some type of relief but turns out, it was the opposite. They didnt file my paperwork on time with my employer, so that left me owning them money on top of them still taking payments, my case has been dismissed and now im at risk. I wouldn't recommend them if they was the last bankruptcy law firm on Earth. I feel like I have been taking advantage of. I could never get no one on the phone to discuss my case. Everything about my whole experience was BAD... I wish I had did my homework first. PERIOD

I’m not going to say don’t use them because it never matters how people warn you if they’re cheap people will still use them. Just prepare yourself for after you file no one can answer any questions for you. You only get to speak to the person who answers the phone. Those people have never went to court on any case so what do they know about answering questions about your individual case?! So all I’m saying is beware if anything happens after they are paid and you’re discharged they “can’t” help you. I won’t be referring at all.

I needed to come back and update my review. Originally, I stated that I was very pleased with my experience at debt stoppers. The process appeared to go smoothly, but apparently, we had been decieved. Vital paperwork has still not been filed nearly 3 weeks later and we keep getting excuses and told that someone will call us back on the rare occasion that we are actually able to reach someone at the office. They have made sure to debit payment for the service as schedule though. So far, that seems to be the only agreement that they have followed through on. This is becoming a nightmare.

My case has been discharged for a while now and there is a couple of things showing up on my credit. I’ve been playing phone tag trying to get in touch with someone who is going to fix it. I just came into the office right before they opened and they still couldn’t help, just gave me a list of numbers to call. And again no help on the phone. Told me to contact the credit bureau. What am I paying for? Still paying and almost done paying. Two numbers I called were wrong. College park location. Wish I would’ve known that my step mother went to them and was still paying way more than I did and she still has things on her credit! I will be calling the BBB.

I have not actually went to speak to the lawyers yet but based on my entrance to the facility I’m not comfortable at all. Also the doors are locked so they have to buzz you in. Next when you walk in there are 2 security officers eating and two young (or old) ladies sitting at the front desk. They are not friendly, they don’t greet you. They simply hand you a clipboard and tell you to fill out the paperwork and bring up your identification. I just expect a certain type of customer service and here it wasn’t

Came in with necessary information to start bankruptcy process and credit counseling. Arnike W. was the paralegal to assist me with paperwork and help me understand the process. She was very professional and friendly and humorous . I had issues with picking up my vehicle contacted her she was on it and I will be picking up my vehicle ASAP . I filed a chapter 13 in February, for them to help me get my car back. They wasn't able to help me get my car, it's now August and money is still coming out of my check after they told me that I we be getting a refund of all my money back. They take $150 out a month, but only refunding me $300 back... How is that, when they been taking money out my check for 6 and a half months? I feel like I've been played.
