Retained this attorney or firm and was extremely disappointed in representation, as my case never made it to court! Hire this firm only if you have money to burn. They dragged their feet on my case.

The absolute worst law firm that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We paid them an exorbitant amount of money for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM - JUST BECAUSE THEIR NAME IS BALLARD DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE GETTING TOP NOTCH SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT MORE & MORE and produce less and less results. CHARLES BALLARD NEVER TOOK OUR CASE TO COURT AND OFFICIALLY WITHDREW FROM THE CASE just because we couldn't come up with more money at that very moment. He wasn't willing to work with us on a payment plan to pay him the rest he said that we owed for basically draining the retainer fee with "0" results. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM - ESPECIALLY THE OLD MAN!!!!
