Red Rock by far has some of the best rates on insurance I have seen. They cut my car insurance in half with better coverage! Bravo!

We were buying a home and needed reasonable homeowner's insurance rates. Our broker Jason was instrumental in not only providing the best rate (we shopped other brokers who also shopped carriers for us), he was able to bundle our auto policy with the same carrier and save us $300 PER MONTH in auto insurance! Very pleased!

You should tell your Agent, Andrew, that he should do his research before telling a client what coverages another company has or doesn't have!!!

Loooove red rock! I first of all love supporting local businesses and they are truly genuine and kind and have my bets interest with all my insurance needs! I have spoken with a couple agents and they all have been so great to work with. I also love how they shop around for me to get my the best price instead of being stuck with one company and one price.

Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company, incredibly unprofessional no matter who you talk to. DO NOT agree to a 6 month policy, these "agents" are scam artists. They are incredibly disappointing and out right rude, they just want your money and in the event of a loss they will drop the ball. Would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy. Yeah it's cheap but you truly get what you pay for. For anyone who 100% understands the insurance world and how it works, I recommend paying the extra 30-40 dollars and going with a reputable company. Also if you have a claim they give you the contact information to a completely different company... run while you can!!! I wish the other reviewers were educated so that I would have known what I was getting myself into. This place claims they are an 'A' rated company but are truly the complete opposite. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Andrew had given me multiple options based off of my needs and took the time to educate me on the differences and help me be confident in making my decision. I am a health insurance broker, but had no experience with home insurance, as this is my first buy and I had so many questions! He was not only patient but very thorough and had a 2 second turn around time for updating my MLO and agent on my decision. Would strongly recommend!

Agent's are never available to answer questions. I had a price increase WITHOUT ANY notice. Red Rock passed the buck to CSE saying the increase of $24 per month was because of renewal. WHAT? And no there were no tickets or accidents in the last 15 years plus. I gave them one star only because I had to in order to post.

These guys were refereed to me about 8 months ago and I'm so glad that I reached out to them. They quickly found me insurance that was a way better deal than what I had before. I wasn't ready to make the change, for mostly lazy reasons, and never felt any pressure. I finally made the change but not before asking 1000 questions. These guys take the time to explain insurance and do so in a way that makes you feel good about asking a ton of questions. Any time I need a change to my policy I get a response back within a few hours. I'm glad that I work with these guys and will refer them to my friends and family every chance I get. You guys have a great team and really understand customer service. Keep up the great work. Thank you!

Last year we met with Ryan and were very impressed with his handling of our account. We had been with Farmers for 5-6 years, wondering why our premiums were going up $20 every year.
Ryan found us car and home insurance with Safeco that gave us better coverage for less money than we would have paid.
I was involved in a "fender bender" in February and could not be more pleased with the actions that Safeco that Safeco took to insure we were well taken care of when we needed them.
Now Farmers is using the info they acquired from that accident to try to get us to leave Safeco and offered lower rates (that wouldn't get us the coverage we have now). I sent the email to Ryan yesterday morning and by 2 pm he called to let me know what he found. Offered to lower our payment if we wanted to give up the coverage.

Because Red Rock Insurance is an Independent insurance agency, it means they work for us and not for the insurance companies. Our family had been with our previous insurance company for years, but when we came to Red Rock and had them run their free quotes for us, we found that we would save a few thousand dollars each year by switching to another competing insurance provider. Our agent Charlie Adams took excellent care of us and did all the work... no hassle and no problems in switching our coverages over.
