If you are reading this then you are in a dark time. Don't know what to do, scared for your freedom, and worried about the future outcome. I was there I understand the feeling. It sucks. I gave Josh a call at 8 am when he opened up. He kept me calm and assured me it would be ok.

I shopped around for a bit but realized he was my best choice by far. Everyone else was about the money money money. Josh was about you and your case. Gave him a callback and he was my lawyer. Throughout the process, he would respond to my questions whenever I had them and I had a lot. Whenever something happened in the case we would immediately tell me and share his knowledge of what he was going to do. Did he have to do this? No, not at all but the professionalism he showed was incredible. I have NEVER had such professionalism from a lawyer, banker, or even my own employees. He even followed up 2 weeks after to give me some advice for free. Like, who the hell does that nowadays? Only 1 person I know and that is Josh.

In my case, he spotted the shotty lawsuit I was charged with and found a way to keep the Scottsdale Prosecutor out of it. Side note: If you get arrested in Scottsdale they are some shady characters that hide evidence left and right. He got the very best option for me and kept the major item I was being charged with off my record. He was so good he got the person I was charged with off to and he wasn't even her lawyer. She is a scum bag but still, he is THAT good he gets us both off. I can't even play he is that good that his results can get 2 people off of their major charge. Who can do that other than Josh?

If anyone I know gets in trouble with the law I will give them Josh's number day in and day out. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team. If you don't it might cost you your freedoms. No wonder why he is the only lawyer in Arizona with 5 stars reviews across the board.

Josh is by far the best attorney I have ever had. My case involved a social situation that some attorneys would have chosen to not participate in. He quit up with my many e-mails, assisted in obtaining police reports and other evidence that was necessary. I am extremely happy with the service he provided. He assisted me every step of the way, even after my case had reached an agreement. Mr. Davidson is impeccable in all that he does. He gives clear, direct answers to legal questions in lay terms. He returns phone calls (this is big thing for an attorney) promptly. He helped me defend myself against a false accusation, keeping the case out of the court system. He is experienced and effective and an excellent communicator.

I would highly recommend Josh as your lawyer if you find yourself in need of one. He is extremely thorough with all details of an aggressive DUI defense and was very accessible and prompt with all of our communication. He was able to get my son's DUI charge lowered from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI and had the reckless driving charges dismissed. Joshua handled my case and I was extremely satisfied with the service he gave. He always responded to my calls and emails in a quick manner and I really felt like he handled my case thoroughly as well regular communication with me on how he was handling the case and my feedback was important to him too. I got arrested for a dui in the slightest. I have never in all my life gone through such a terrible nightmare by getting handcuffed and getting put in a cell. the following day I was let out of jail and had to face the legal process of my ordeal.
