Make the best decision and hire Andrew Lynch. We did and would do it again if we had to. After contacting other law firms in the area that were highly recommended to us we were immediately a number and didn't feel that anybody really cared to help us. Once we contacted Andrew we were not a number and he really understood our ugly situation and he personally cared to fight for us. Outstanding service throughout the whole process and couldn't have asked for anything else. He truly was a miracle worker for our horrible situation and now we can move on with our lives. I recently retained Andrew Lynch LLC when I was sued by the collection agency CACH for past credit card debt. I was going to try and handle the situation myself, but I believe I actually saved money by having Mr. Lynch represent me. During our first meeting he told me the good, the bad and the ugly about my situation. All possible fees were explained up front and my contract with him was easy for me to understand. Mr. Lynch asked me for my opinion along the way and gave me his professional opinion when I had no idea what to do. He efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork with the court and negotiated a quick and very reasonable settlement.
