My experience with Charles Surrano is that if he can help you, he will. He is the type of person who will tell you about your chances. He truly just wants to help if he can. My case was really small and not worth much time but he found a way to help me out and get my case settled. I am happy that I found him. I learned a lot about the process and work that goes into building a case and succeeding. My case was so small that I am lucky everything worked out the way it did. I waited over a year and became frustrated at times with the process. He still helped me. That says a great deal about his character and integrity.

His office is attractive with a modern vibe. Sometimes when you arrive an Aussie pup will come out and great you. He is super friendly and helps bring down the tension in tough situations.

I have consulted with Charlie on many occasions regarding my insurance coverage and my dealings with my insurance company. In one case, all it took was for me to threaten to bring in Charlie, for my insurance company to pay for the water damages that had occurred in my house. Its important to realize that an insurance company has a fiduciary duty towards their insured. Charlie is in business because that is not always the case. In my line of work I know thousands of attorneys. There is no one I trust more to go up against a large insurance company than Charlie Surrano.

We hired Charlie to help fight to get my dads long term care insurance to pay for his assisted living facility. We didn’t need to use his services but he reviewed documents and was always responsive and his legal assistant was knowledgeable and helpful.

John Wilborn doesn't return emails for many weeks and doesn't work up the file and was unfamiliar with my file since he didn't read what was provided to him. He is also very rude. Would never recommend.

Hired Charlie back in March for case against insurance company. Agreed to take the case for 40%(!) of settlement. Despite promises, has done virtually nothing in 4 months. All calls roll to voice mail and are never returned. Repeatedly called main numbered until someone finally answered. After that, we received a letter from Charles Surrano withdrawing from the case. I honestly was shocked when someone answered the phone, as I assumed he was out of business. Something's not right with this firm, in my opinion.
