Had a lack of response and a false call to action. This ended up creating concern with representation in courtroom, so I seeked an alternative law firm.

Bryan is very knowledgeable and is always very helpful with all our families civil legal needs and concerns.
He and the firm have gone the extra mile (or two) to ensure every aspect of our legal concerns are addressed in the most timely and friendly manner.

Bryan has always invested himself personally as well as brought the full weight of the firms resources to bare when resolving our families legal matters.
I highly recommend Provident Law and their excellent Civil Law Attorney, Bryan Easton.

I enjoyed working with Mr. James Mueller and Kristal Holbrook. They both did a good job explaining to me my rights and helped guide me to a good solution with a difficult matter involving my daughter. I would recommend using James to anyone who needs a good family attorney.

Bryan Eastin is warm, engaging and a true professional. He provides his clients with outstanding counsel and service. He always thoroughly answers all of our questions, including deciphering "legal jargon" along the way so that we fully understand everything. He takes the time to listen and his clients know that he truly cares about their situation. We are never rushed when we meet with Bryan and we know that he has our best interests in mind at all times. I give Bryan and Provident Law my very highest recommendations.

Bryan Eastin was instrumental in settling the estate of my deceased sister who lived in Phoenix. Her estate was complicated and difficult. Mr. Easton went to battle for me several times and we always wound up with a positive outcome. He gave solid advice and talked me through the process in a professional yet personal way. He was very accessible and prompt at returning phone calls when necessary. I was comforted knowing that he was on top of the case. I can highly recommend Bryan Easton and the staff at Provident law.

Chris Charles with Provident Law was professional and a pleasure to work with during our commercial real estate dispute that had national headlines: ADA lawsuits against small businesses in Arizona. He was able to resolve the dispute quickly and in our favor several months before our HOA and collective small businesses in our area had. If you are needing an attorney that will work hard for you as a client, contact Chris at Provident Law. He will not disappoint. We have been working with him for over 5 years and looking forward to many many more years.

My wife and I have been working with Christopher Charles now for over 5 years. He has saved us many times with regard to disputes in HOA and home sharing regulations. We had an issue with the City of Phoenix regarding a short-term rental and Chris represented us and we prevailed against them. I would highly recommend Christopher as he knows his stuff and is a class act!

We sold our assisted living facility and Provident Law did a spectacular job in negotiating our contract and protecting our interests as sellers. Great team! Thank you!

I highly recommend Chris Charles and any of his Partners and Associates at Provident Law for their promptness, attention to detail, proactive communication and their integrity above all. I have personally worked with Chris Charles and he is professional, knowledgeable and effective in business and real estate law. I have also referred my clients to Provident Law and they are pleased. Having more than 35 years of doing business in Arizona, I have worked with many attorneys on business and real estate matters, and Chris Charles and his Team and Partners are tops and I would use them again and refer my clients.

James muller is a joke of an attorney charged me over 5000 for no work at all. Do not hire this guy will charge a ridiculous retainer and will not do any work probably to most useless attorney I have ever come across in my 32 years of life.

I was erroneously named in a lawsuit filed against my former business partners. Erik Stanley efficiently got me dismissed from the suit in a matter of two weeks. He was unyielding yet professional when dealing with the opposing side and I never doubted that my case was being handled with the highest level of competency. I would not hesitate to retain him again.

Chris Charles did an outstanding job representing me and my family in a complicated real estate purchase. He was thorough, thoughtful and spot on with his advice. He also has a very good manner with the opposing side, making negotiations go more smoothly. I would gladly retain him and his firm again.

I cannot say enough about this law firm and its managing partner, Christopher Charles. It is comprised of some of the most ethical, knowledgeable, professional attorneys in practice today. Their strong Christian values are at the core of everything they do and say.

My experience with Jim Mueller has truly been a blessing. And with that being said, I feel the need to share my experience to hopefully help someone else who is in need, looking for dependable and reliable support. He is _extremely_ professional, yet very sympathetic, and it's genuine. I can say that with confidence because he was handling a very sensitive case of mine, that was up and down, and of profound high stress, for the past 6 years. Unlike my experiences prior to Jim, there was never a doubt in my mind that he wouldn't respond to an urgent email, take a call, show up on time, follow up, provide support, along with sound and logical advice when I at times felt hopeless. He literally walked with me every step of the way. It is rare to come across an attorney who promotes peace, and who still seeks justice in the legal system; he is fair, and truly stands up for what is right. No matter what type of defense we were faced with, his consistency and persistence in truth, righteousness, and professionalism aided in what allowed for us to see the light at the end of such a daunting course. If only every attorney could reflect what Jim exemplifies, I know there would be a lot more peace and truth leaking into the system. Furthermore, I feel like if more attorneys could mirror his integrity, who genuinely helps their clients, who sees the big picture, and promotes truth and the overall best outcome for all involved, I know it would weed out a lot of the unnecessary cases and difficult people that stand for injustice. To anyone reading this, or who is anxiously trying to look for help and have a voice during a trialing and unfortunate time - this is your guy.

Hiring Chris Charles and Provident Law has been the most financially devastating decision we have ever made. We hired (and paid) Chris to represent us in a real estate non-disclosure dispute. Chris failed to file the complaint in the necessary time-frame resulting in the court dismissing our contract claims against the Seller including the avenue provided by the contract for the prevailing party to be awarded attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, and costs.

Chris and Provident have done nothing to help rectify this loss. Rather, like another malpractice lawsuit Chris and Provident recently faced, it seems likely that Chris and Provident will force us to sue them to attempt to be put back in the position we would have been but for their mistakes, further damaging us by requiring us to spend more (non-recoverable) attorneys’ fees and time.

The loss of the contract avenue for an award of fees and costs is simplistic in the ways we have been damaged. This loss has been repeatedly used against us by opposing parties in delaying the case in hopes that we run out of money before trial and as justification for low settlement offers by the Defendants in the non-disclosure case.

It is disappointing to us that Chris’ “passion for problem solving” hasn’t extended to rectifying the damages caused to us, his own (former) clients. Provident Law advertises that they “bring peace to their clients through excellent legal representation.” There has been no peace for us as we are left to try to pick up the pieces from their mistakes.
