I'm just a small landlord. I have a 4-plex. But I could not be treated any better if I owned 1000 units. They answer my questions promptly. The helped me with an eviction a few years ago. It went very smooth for me at a very reasonable price. I also love the newsletter that they put out. Very informative. Mark Zinman gave a class on Fair Housing & ADA a while back.
