This firm took a direction I didn't approve and still charged me over a thousand dollars. I wish I could have more positive things to say about the quality of work they perform but they refused to negotiate even after their mistake.

As a newly elected first time HOA President I realized I needed help- I wanted to quit. Frustrated with no resources what do you do? Google!
After quick google search on a cold Indiana Sunday, I found some amazing videos. Beth is an excellent teacher. Her videos are helpful to the seasoned HOA President and to a newbie like myself.
I sent Beth a lengthy email asking for direction. I'm in Indiana, she's in Arizona. In less than 24 hours I received a warm, thoughtful professional email. Although she isn't licensed in Indiana and obviously couldn't provide legal advice - but, she did point me in the direction to some very help resources. I was surprised!
If your're in Arizona and need help contact Beth Mulchay. She is polite, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Beth's videos, and resources on her web page they are free and very helpful.
Beth's posts and guides help keep our HOA Board Members out of the information "black hole". Awesome !

I have never called an attorney who was so rude and have the "I could care less what your problem is" attitude. to the clients who call in as this firm has. There is a paralegal named Kerry at this firm that is extremely rude and has the worst customer service manners I have ever encountered.. I have talked to her twice and got the same rude response from her.
