Fraudulent Activity:

From 11/5/11 to 11/15/11, I was represented by Don and Matt Fendon for a workmen's compensation claim that Matt eventually stated I could not win.

But prior to that the Fendons allowed COPPERPOINT attorney Sharon Hensley to take an unauthorized out of state deposition of me.

I eventually won that particular issue Matt said I could not win, pro se. It turns out Don Fendon was a former COPPERPOINT attorney and the two conspired.

Current Copperpoint attorneys Sanders and Park admitted to the deposition but stated it is not in the record. I say just not in the record yet.

This attorney was directly involved in those shading dealings. I also paid $500 for bogus medical report too. Be careful because no one said a word about their former employment with Copperpoint prior to representation. FAILED TO DISCLOSE. Anyone associated with Copperpoint past or present is likely shady...

The fraud is extremely length in my particular case ... I WOULD not give this guy even one star if I did not have too...

I cannot recommend MFLG enough. Hiring a lawyer is not in my nature. I had heard and joked about all the stereotypes regarding attorneys. Then I had an issue that needed the attention of an attorney, and I’m very pleased to report that those preconceptions, that I had subscribed to for so long, were wrong. Joe Coughlin was my attorney for a workplace injury that resulted in surgery and a significant amount of time off work. He and his team guided me through the process, handled the paperwork, and fought for what I needed. They helped me avoid the landmines the insurance company threw my way, advised me in matters related to the injury, and answered my questions. Communication was great. My calls were regularly returned the same day, but those that weren’t usually came the next day & many times by Mr. Coughlin himself. Emails were also returned in a timely manner. All of that at a very reasonable rate. If you’re on the fence about them, relax. Based on my experience, I can say you’ll be treated well and can have confidence that your case is handled by professionals who take your issue seriously, care about you, and have your back.

Matt and his staff go the extra mile. They care about their clients needs. Matt is excellent at communicating and answering ALL your questions. I don’t know what we would have done without their help on our case. I highly recommend.

I can't say enough about Matt Fendon Law Group. The insurance company was doing everything they could to pay me less than what should have been due, but Matt and his team made sure all of our bases were covered and got me in to see anybody (Doctors, consultants etc.) needed to prove my case.

Considering the impact this case would have on the rest of my life, I was constantly worried about every little thing that would come up (and ultimately that they would leave me crippled and poor for the rest of my life). My situation was very tricky, and auto accident and the insurance company sent me to one of their doctors which of course nothing was wrong with me. Matt and his team sent me to Dr. Igor usapove And when he looked at my MRI immediately knew I needed help. I’ve got to be honest there were bumps in the road with Matt and his team but overall going over my testimony with him that we actually won against the insurance company and that was an amazing victory. I was a person who really-really needed a good Workers Comp attorney for my multiple injured body part over a period of 2 years, same employer. I was dealing with 2 insurance companies as my employer switched insurers in the middle of my 3 injuries.
