This firm still haunts me 8 years after engagement. They were significantly unprepared to work through a tax audit challenge that was referred to them by their friend, and my CPA. End of day, they quoted price which was paid, but the miscommunication with me and my CPA was very amateur. All of the sudden the clock ran out on the challenge period and the work was not done. I told them to take it to court and they said they weren’t prepared and went as far as having a call with judge where I was going to represent myself. Judge said that would not be good idea not end well. The result was an 80k IRS bill which was a result of double counting of business revenue and identified by my CPA, but never communicated by this firm in the challenge period. In end CPA and firm admitted this was a communication error on who was handling what between CPA and law firm. This was very financially painful, but just left disappointed in the service and needed to focus on payment plan with the IRS. This could have been a one time mistake, but very unprofessional. The kicker is despite being quoted a price and paying the quote for this service this company wanted more from me, not a lot, but never misses sending me a
Monthly invoice. For what?

This company is very organized in sending bills to every location I have lived the last 8 years after me walking out of there saying we’re done and never want to hear from them again. If they put the same effort into my case as they do toward billing I would be in much better spot today. They don’t even have email listed on their site for me to communicate about this and keep records, so I just sent them a letter 8 years after the fact asking them to leave me alone. Maybe they are great, but they literally messed my case up to the tune of 80k and continue asking for money above the initial quoted and paid amount. Buyer beware.

Booo!! This firm or whatever it is is bunk. Perhaps he has so many clients that returning a potential clients call isn't important! There are so many testimonials to this firms greatness that it all sounded to good to be true. Turns out it was.
