I have nothing bad to say about the lawyers. My main concern and problem is with the front office staff. They are very unprofessional. To begin with, every time I go in person, they're always gossiping about boys, drinks and parties. I understand it's their life, but when you're on the clock and representing the firm, you should act professionally at all times and leave those conversations for your break time or after work. The front office is the first impression you give customers. The phone will ring and ring, and they are too busy talking to answer. I've witnessed it first hand. Second of all, worst thing, COMMUNICATION. EVERYTIME I call to get updates on my husband's case, they always tell me the Assistant cant come to the phone, that I may leave a message. Months passed and they never returned my call, so I had to call back. Can you guess what happened next? Dame thing! I was told exactly the same thing, I brought it up to their attention, that they've told me that in the past but nobody ever returns my phone call. Last call I made was back on April 24th. I had asked the receptionist to make sure she also relayed my message to the assistant, and it is now JULY 19TH and I still have NOT received a call back. My husband had to call them too because we havent heard anything from them. My husband has been waiting to see a judge in Juarez, Mr. Christopher said usually it takes about a year. That my husband could be in Mexico for at least 2 years. My husband has been in mexico since 4/2018 and still does not have the appointment at Juarez. My husband was told they need additional documents to proceed with obtaining a court date/appointment. Since they dont have those documents they cant start the process. HELLO!!! that's the reason I've been calling to see what they need. They could have easily called me and ask me to take the documents since I have them. The process could have been started months ago!! This is only going to delay the whole process!!! Plus it is not the first time it happens. My mother in law spoke to them to give them payment information, she had them repeat the account number to make sure the receptionist wrote it down correctly. Which she did. Months pass by and my MIL does not get a receipt so she calls to find out what's going on. Guess what!? She was told the payment was not processed because the numbers were incorrect, that she gave them the wrong number. My MIL told her it was not true because she had her repeat the numbers and indeed were correct, if she entered it wrong in their system it's not her fault! So then they processed the payment again, this time successfully. PLEASE IF A MANAGER, OWNER OR ADMINISTRATOR sees my review, contact ME ASAP. Thank you very much.

I am the only client in their office at the time. Staff keep passing back and forth but nobody calls me. The Assistant said she takes a 2 hour lunch that's why scheduled me at 2. It is unbelievable she is not back yet. The front staff continues to be unprofessional. Personal phone calls are being answered. I am not trying to hear your personal conversations. Another female staff member gets the key to the restroom and says in Spanish "voy a ir al baño" and the receptionist replies "a mi arbolito" and the staff with they key says hahaha si a mi arbolito" So unprofessional!!! For those that do not speak Spanish that means "I'm going to the restroom" "Oh you're going to water the tree" "haha yes I'm going to water the tree"

I honestly hope all this stressful experience I am going through with this firm pays off at the end.
