Reduced a 2 year sentence to 30 days on a felony charge highly recommend

My experience with Dwane Cates Law Group was was Top Notch. I previously have no legal experience and each attorney was not only willing on walking me through everything but I was more than shocked with the outcome as they went above and beyond.

Tomasz is absolutely fantastic, throughout the case he never failed to make sure we knew what was going on and made sure he could get us the best outcome in my case. How he handled my case had shown me how much he cared about me as a person and that he will go as far as he can to make sure that I was taken care of. We had a issue come up involving the AJ police department it was a pretty serious issue involving firearms. We honestly thought at this point that he was going to do time and our lives we pretty much at a standstill. I called around and every attorney I spoke to told me there wasn't much that could be done other than a plea deal. Dwane was our last hope and from here out will always be our first place to go if ever we need an attorney again!! Dwane was very knowledgeable and willing to help with a positive view of the situation. Dwane made us feel welcome and that he did not pass judgement on our situation. Dwane showed up to court and was very noticeable to the judge that she asked him if he would like to be seen first at that time and we were in and out with the information we needed to fight this case and win... At the end of it, all the charges were dropped and we have Dwane to thank for all his expertise. Dwane was also able to setup payment options for us. I cannot say enough good things about this MAN other than if you ever find yourself in need of an attorney look no further than this man.

Absolutely incredible team, and specifically Ryan Garvey saved my life from the 4th ave jail and going to prison. My bond was set for $15,000 and they were able to reduce to OR(Own Recognizance) or $0. Then he beat my case and got me the best case deal for my situation. They have been nothing but by the book, hard fighting, caring individuals who are helping me get back to my beautiful sons. Truly a God send, I’m blessed to have been their client!

Presentation being everything that it is, I felt hatred and an absence of willingness to help. I also felt that it is because I'm black. I will not recommend any business that doesn't show love to me and my people given what we've ALL done for their empire against our will and with dealt force. Dwane is an outstanding, extremely ethical and caring lawyer.

My son, from California, was stopped at a border patrol checkpoint 60-80 miles from the border traveling into Arizona from California. His car was searched and a small amount of marijuana was discovered. It was legal where he came from, but not in Arizona. He was cited under Arizona law.

Other lawyers just told him to make a deal and plead guilty. Dwane sad he would fight the charge ... and he did.

If I can give this law group a NEGATIVE TEN I would and shall continue to do so. My father hired attorney Aaron Reed for the matter of an extreme DUI case. The purpose of hiring an attorney for this matter was to reduce the charge to a REGULAR DUI charge which results in possibly no jail time and house detention and only 6 month interlock term. However, this apparently did not go smoothly and the prosecutor denied. The only way it would have gotten reduced if my blood tests where 1-2% lower than the breathalyzer analysis. However, it came back the same results. In all, this led to my final plea the SAME PLEA as if I walked in there myself with a public defender and NO ATTORNEY!! Thus, what I’m stating is first of all those of you no matter what kind of DUI case it is even if it’s your FIRST conviction to not hire an attorney for $2500 or more unless you know for a fact #1 the officers did something wrong during the traffic stop OR #2 if your lawyer certainly and without a doubt has HUGE history, experience and knowledge of DUI cases. Aaron reed is a rookie!! He never even showed up to my court date and I had called him the previous night never mentioned or contacted me about not appearing!! Sam represented Aaron and I am not quite fond of him either even though he is not my lawyer. Not to mention everything Aaron reed had told me that he would fight the credit I’ve done in custody so I would do 1DAY NOT 2 SERVED was not even beaten!!! So reading this you may ask what have this law group done for me and my case? NOTHING AND THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE BETTER!!!! Never hire someone that looks or sounds like a rookie esp in their early years of being a lawyer still grasping the experience with different clients and learning the ropes of new things!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND WORST LAW GROUP NEVER CALL HERE AND TAKE THE FIRST LAWYER THE ACCEPTS TO TAKE YOUR CASE. GET TO KNOW THEIR BACKGROUND FIRST AND I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIRING HERE AT ALL!!! Thank you, but all you guys have shown me was better and wiser choices in the near future on how to better deal and choose who’s the most appropriate for my case!!!

We initially met with Mr. Cates, who took the time on a weekend to meet with us. At the end of our free consultation, we felt very comfortable with Mr. Cates and his law firm. Mr. Cates immediately educated himself with all facets of my sons case. Dwane Cates is a very knowledgeable attorney. I had issues with alcohol and DUI's. I was on my forth DUI and violated 2 probations. He stepped in and his main concern was helping me to get sober. He invested time into me. After Mr. Cates worked his magic, instead of the first offer of 8 yrs with consecutive 2.5 yrs for each probation violation, I received a plea of 2 yrs with probation reinstated. Unfortunately, my son got into some pretty big trouble. There were three different cases and I hired Tomasz Lichwala to represent him. I first must say, that I am a high maintenance mother with a lot of questions and was very involved throughout the entire process! Tomasz has proved to be an awesome lawyer! I didn't expect him to make miracles happen, but I almost felt as though he did! My son was a first-time offender, facing many years prison time, but with the results of his case closing, he was offered the best possible outcome we could've hoped for!
