I contacted these folks from Indiana to help prepare documents for my ailing mother in Arizona. Throughout several layers of complication with my mother and my's personal situations, Debra was able to steer us through the muck and prepared a very nice document in spite of us asking for revisions due to circumstance. I found her to be a competent professional both on the phone and via electronic communications. I had considered trying to draft this document myself but after seeing the final product, well, MONEY WELL SPENT. Easier, also helped in filing. I am also more confident in the document she prepared. It is Correct. I had doubts about my own prep.. Thanks Again Debra!

Legal Type Documents has been nothing but professional. My family has used their services over the last 10 to 15 years, and we are always pleased with their level of service and quality of work. They are always clear and concise, always going above and beyond. Thanks for your attention to detail and continued success.

After calling and explaining that I wanted a simple will for both my wife and myself, I made an appointment for 1 week later. I had seen an ad that said the process would cost $75. On the phone I verified that the cost would be indeed $75 for all processes including filing with the Clerk & Recorder. Upon arriving for the appointment, the secretary was on the phone but didn't not acknowledge our presence with even eye contact, even though we sat down less than 4 feet in front of her. After she had finished her call we then were greeted with a very much like ok what do you want? We explained we had an appointment. The owner then came out and escorted us to her "office" in what was evidently a break room area. She was extremely overbearing and non-professional when she asked OK we're here to do a will for myself only. I said we had explained that we wanted wills for both my wife and I and had been told the cost would be $75. She scoffed and talked down to us that there is now such thing as a combination will and that if we wanted one for my wife also then the price would be double. I did explain that was not what I had been told on the phone and asked so should I assume that the cost would be double? Again speaking very rudely to us with her utter amazement that we would not know that, I tried to explain it jut was not what we had understood from the initial phone call. If we understood the legal technicalities of the process then it is doubtful we would have needed her assistance in the first place. Her negative attitude continued so my wife and I decided this was the end of our business there. She followed up laughing and yelling at the same time how she had been in business for 39 years in Peoria and there was no way someone was going to tell her how to run her business. I simply asked well if I explained this clearly on the phone, wouldn't that have been a perfect time to have mention that? In all likelihood if it had been explained to me on the phone I would have accepted it and been prepared for it. As it was she was loud, abusive, non-professional and entirely insulting in her attempt at humiliating both my wife and myself. This is NOT a place I can recommend to anyone seeking legal assistance with their documentary needs. Seek assistance elsewhere.
