There is an error in one of their television commercials. I have tried several times to contact them to explain the error, but, there is NO way to contact them unless you are trying to sue someone. I find this very frustrating. The error you might ask? In their commercial they make the statement that "the cancer, which this test was designed to find, failed". Ok, what this tells me is that the cancer itself failed. Cancer very rarely fails. What they meant to say was that the test itself failed. Every time I see this commercial it drives me nuts, but with no way to contact the company to explain this to them, they will continue to advertise this mistake. So my low rating comes from not being able to actually contact them with anything other than a suit. Too bad.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I called, but so glad I did. Their staff was very helpful and kind. Once it was determined I was eligible to be a part of the settlement, they put me in touch with a law firm. The law firm returns my calls and answers all of my questions. I'm pleased so far. Hope I get a good settlement!
