Thieves! In writing we received and letter stating an amount due and a deadline. We paid the exact amount due on by the due date which they posted to our account. THEN sent an additional bill saying we owed an ADDITIONAL $144.36 because we "Didn't request an updated payoff quote per the the letter stating the original amount due! This is a trick to try to bill additional hours and you have no choice but to play their request game! This is simply wrong, dishonest, unethical and exploitative.
