bad is an understatement. They seem to be utterly incompetent, dishonest, price gouging, and rude. In my opinion it's only a matter of time before the state bar gets involved. They should be shut down completely for operating like incompetent thugs. Places like this should not be in business.

Completely awful...doesn't even know the current law. predatory and outrageous billing. Not responsive... Avoid!!! They've been reported to the CA state bar.
