PHILIP SCHMIDT is a complete dishonest attorney who misadvised his client to commit several false 911 calls, resulting in multiple contempt charges against his client. Ignored legal filings, resulting in his client getting a whopping $1.2mm lien filed against her. Committed conspiracy, Misrepresented facts to the court, concealment, fraud and knowingly with malicious intent, falsified disclosures to the court, resulting in the court making its determination for a judgment, based on fraud.
This guy has yet to be exposed of his wrong doings and in my opinion, continues to harm society , his clients and has violated numerous innocent people's rights.
He currently has an open complaint filed with the CALIFORNIA STATE BAR, for violating the BAR'S RULES OF CONDUCT, CODE OF ETHICS, his OATH OF OFFICE, his responsibilities as agent of the court and the UNIVERSAL/ UNIFORM BONDING CODE. This guy is a dirty as the bottom feeders get and you should avoid him like the plague.

Karen is top notch; if you want a lawyer to look out for your (or your loved one's) best interests, she is that person. If you want someone to make you *feel* better, go see a therapist. Karen will not steer you wrong and she will stand up for you in every way. She is not afraid to say it like it is and will call BS when it's needed (even if it's your BS). You won't get a lot of *attaboys* from Karen; that's not what you're paying for. But when they come, they are worth it!

Unprofessional and demeaning behavior by an attorney named Karen. I contacted the office and left a very clear voice message requesting to schedule a consultation appointment with a specific attorney that came highly recommended by a family friend. I received a call from Karen the same day and her behavior on the phone was absolutely unacceptable from the get go. It was clear that she did not listen to my voice message, but then continued to not listen to me explaining the nature of my request over the phone. She cut me off several times for the sole purpose to interject her own insulting opinions and was not productive in any manner. I have pretty thick skin, and I'm embarrassed to say that I cried for two hours after my interaction with her. It was THAT bad. If you receive a call from Karen, just hang up. It's not worth your time/effort.
Very rude woman and not a very personable law office.

Karen and Phil have both helped me with my legal matters. They both are very straight forward in answering questions and had my best interest at heart. I have heard a lot of negative things about attorneys and I have to say never have I experienced any of it when going to Karen and Phil office. Thank you both for all you have done for me AND my family!!!!!!! Pam
