BEST DECISION I EVER MADE - I hired Tom Reinecke last year after I was injured in accident with a commercial vehicle. The company used every trick in the book to delay and defer taking responsibility for the accident and fairly compensating me for my injuries and time missed at work. Mr. Reinecke, with the tenacity of a pit bull, was able to successfully, and to my full expectations, negotiate and expedite compensation for me. Terrible lawyer. Got a text 3 years after my accident asking for a review so here it is...
He took an easy way out of a case that should have gone to litigation. Also, he did not fight for me as a client. He fought for himself as a greedy lawyer. I mentioned our case to several other personal injury lawyers/motorcycle lawyers they all said he was a coward and could have gotten me the settlement I deserved. So there’s your review Tom.

My experience with Tom Reinecke was quite unsettling. Tom asked for my signature for him to look into my case to see if I even had a case. I knew i did since i had already spoke with the case manager of the other party. He accepted fault and all my expenses would be paid. I told Tom if he could not get me what my case was worth then I did not need him. The only thing i needed him to do was get me more that the bare minimum. He used my signature to hold me to a contract i did not agree to. Within two weeks he said all i could get was the minimum required 15,000 for my broken collar bone rotator cuff tears and deep road rash on my legs. I lost a year of work and my entire savings over that year. I could have got the same settlement on my own and all my medical paid of which 1,500 still remains unpaid. I do not feel that Tom was the best attorney for my case. 15,000 is not a fair settlement for my injuries especially if he takes 33% of it. I compared it to several cases with less injuries than i had that received a much higher settlement. Shop around dont settle for less. Dont sign anything or just pay for hours worked . My case was nearly over when i first spoke to Tom and he did not get me what my case was worth.

Integrity and understanding of my situation was excellent. Communication in the whole process was very laid out in detail. And at no time did I feel like I was in the dark and they really did speedy turnaround.
