Mr. Fakhimi saved my husband from a serious assault crime he had be charged with after a run with another man at a local night club. It was pretty ugly and the guy was threatening to sue us and was pushing for criminal charges against my husband so that he could have an advantage in a civil suit. We felt we had a very clear defense and wanted to make sure the guy was also charged and prevent this potential suit all together.
