This attorney is unprofessional and uses scare tactics. I was sent a letter per this attorney due to the fact Spalding County Schools continues to bully my child. In this letter they tried to demand I do and don’t do certain things as if they are a judge or law enforcement. They do not know federal law as quoted and actually told me I do not have rights that I have. This law firm is (in my opinion) a JOKE! Any law firm that would send a letter such as the one I received (and to the wrong address) is one I would be utterly embarrassed to be represented by. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are far better and more professional firms out there.

This is a UPS drop off site with a box so small you can barely leave a package unless it's a very small box. Since it's the only UPS site in probably a 30 mile radius of Monticello, it was frustrating to find I still had to drive another hour to drop off my packages at an actual UPS location. So I know nothing about the lawfirm at this location, but I can tell you I'm disappointed with UPS here!!! However Maps won't let me put a "new" location at this site so maybe this lawfirm can get them to add the UPS drop box on maps so this poor reviews doesn't reflect badly on them because it's the only place it would let me put this review! (Forgive me attorneys!! )

We used them to close a sale on property that was in an estate. Mr. Byrd Garland was awesome. I would recommend him to anyone

5/10/19: I would like to update my original review. Two attorneys from the firm have called to personally apologize for this situation. Although I had obtained counsel elsewhere, I do appreciate their sincerity and would consider using them for further legal needs.
