I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011. Because of my disease (and all the complicated symptoms that come with it on a daily basis) I had to eventually quit my job as a surgical technician in the operating room, which I loved.
I had heard if Affleck & Gordon and after doing my own research online and reading so many positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment to meet with one of their attorneys to hopefully help me with the arduous process of applying for Social Security Disablity ( I had already applied for SSD on my own and after 2 years, I was denied). I called Affleck & Gordon and the receptionist/Secretary I spoke with said I would be meeting with Attorney Harry Brenner. I had no idea what to expect.
On the day of my appointment I walked in with a notebook full of medical records and was so nervous. As soon as I met Mr. Brenner I immediately felt at ease and knew without a doubt that I was at the right place. my wife went there and filled out all the info they asked for then we had to pay to get all her medical files they asked for and that was over a year ago , now today we get a letter saying they are not gonna represent her after all this time and after we signed a agreement for them to take the case and they said they did and we were waiting on a court date, now today a letter saying it was all a lie. if you need help ,dont waste your time with this place ,now we have to start over again and wait lord knows how long to get a court date. stay away from these liars....
