I can speak from experience, I ve used Emily Gross more than most.
Her professionalism and dedication to practicing LAW is far superior to any other Lawyer you may have dealt with. She has a stern COMMAND in the courtroom as well as a gentle side.
When you meet her don't be mistaken by her small frame and her soft spoken Southern nature.
She ll fight for you if it's simply out of principle.She has no tolerance for injustice or mistreatment.
I must add this, When l was in need for specific Legal advice, She directed me to another Lawyer that
was truly competent in resolving the issue for our family by writing 1 letter.
I've told her many times she would be a tremendous JUDGE.

MY 3rd DRUG CHARGE - Emily got IT DISMISSED/THROWN COMPLETELY OUT!!! NOW HOW IS THAT FOR LEGAL REPRESENTATION!!! No other attorney in Coweta or fayetteville could do that. EMILY GROSS IS THE BOMB!!! SHE DON'T PLAY!!!
1st drug charge - I had a court appointed attorney and he got me; 5 years probation, $2,500.00 fine, 400 hours of community service, license was suspended for 6 months, had to take defensive driving/DUI classes which cost about $250, then $235 to have my license reinstated
2nd drug charge - I had a court appointed attorney and he got me; 5 years parole/probation with the first 18 months prison time, $4,000.00 fine, 800 hours of community service, ONE year suspended drivers license, had to take defensive driving/DUI classes AGAIN which cost about $250, then $235 to have my license reinstated.
NOW IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HAVING 3 OR MORE OF THE SAME CHARGE, YOU KNOW THAT BY LAW AND THE COURTS, YOU ARE Labeled as A HABITUAL VIOLATOR / MENACE TO SOCIETY. AND THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY A 2 TO 3 YEARS PRISON TIME AND AT LEAST 7 TO 10 YEARS PAROLE/PROBATION. Which comes with at least a $5,000.00 or more fine, at least 3 years license suspension, have to take defensive driving/DUI classes AGAIN which would cost about $250, then $235 to have your license reinstated.
I SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST GOT 2 OR MORE YEARS PRISON TIME...BUT I DIDN'T. I GOT NOTHING BUT A DANG GOOD, EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!!! EMILY GROSS KNOWS HER STUFF. She's worth every penny. She is nowhere near as expensive as half the other attorneys around newnan and fayetteville that said they couldn't do much for me with a 3rd drug charge. My charges were from last year and she got them dropped just a few months ago. Just to let you know this isn't something she did years ago... she took care of my case just recently. SHE IS AWESOME and a very sweet lady. And no matter what you've done she NEVER looks down on you or thinks bad of you. She treats you like you wish everybody else would treat you. So when you meet her lay back, relax and tell her everything!!!
