Awful. Ralph Bolen is one of the most manipulative people you could ever have the misfortune of working with. He stole money from me, lied to me and feels no remorse for any of it. He's lazy and does not follow through on his promises. He also does not see the importance of keeping in contact with his clients. Make sure you get all agreements in writing whether it is for a service or for a meeting because without being held to a contract, he will "forget" any gentlemen's agreement. Trust and believe, he does not care for his clients. He cares only about himself and you are/will be just another number. He is absolute scum and will drain you for every penny you have and then turn you upside down and shake you for your lunch money. He will harass you with letters til the cows come home, even after making an arrangement, but will not accept contact or contact you to answer any questions you may have. It's an awful experience and quite honestly, I'd rather represent myself in a murder case than let him proof read a high school essay.

Randy, on the other hand, is quite professional, handles matters in a timely manner and is great at checking in with clients. Any tax, banko and business case you may have, I would definitely recommend him..... On the contingency that Ralph will have no part in your case.

Great Attorneys - While no one enjoys tragic events among family members, and many would try to avoid the courts at all costs, it is good to know that there are advocates there - just in case. Having Mr. Bolen in my corner gave me all the confidence in the world that my case would be handled well, and that the results would exceed my expectations. More than the legal expertise, his sense of humor allowed me to remember that humanity does exist even in the ugliest of times. Now that my first case has rested, Mr. Bolen will be retained for any future actions that may arise.
