Horrible law firm. I was referred by another attorney to Ben Rundell. I spoke with the Secretary who never had me speak with Ben regarding a civil action. I told her I had video footage and reports to support my claim. She told me hand over the evidence then changed her mind and tried to get rid of me by asking me if I could afford 250/ hr. At which point she referred me to a poor quality non profit with really bad reviews. Don't go to this law firm. Ben says he stands up for "David's" fighting the "Goliaths" but he is weak his secretary said it would be too lengthy for him to handle. Too lengthy even with video footage and documents and audio recording evidence but yet too scared to take the case.

I was referred to Honor Law Group. The lawyer Benjamin after I explained my intentions to the individual who was taken his calls. I never received a call back from Benjamin so I couldn't again explain my case. UPDATE Benjamin called me several days later and explained their group only calls back once a week(Wednesday) potential clients and that I should not have been told that Thursday he being calling me back the same day. So, to date Benjamin has been communicating with me of which he is doing a great job.

The behavior of a member of the practice in a personal capacity can reflect negatively on the practice itself. Trolling individuals, primarily women, during a livestream of a Medal of Honor ceremony simply because of who is presenting the award, is deplorable. That ceremony was about the brave individual who sacrificed his life for his fellow soldiers, not an opportunity to attack people who were present. James "Jimmy" Cool has behaved in such a way online that it casts this entire firm in a very negative light, as it wasn't difficult at all to follow the bread crumbs back here. If the firm doesn't have a social media code of conduct, it should, especially if at work when behaving in such a manner.
