Love these guys. My daughter used this firm in the spring and were quick to get things moving. They made everything so easy for her. Chad and Spenser answered any questions she had. Case manager Jamie and her assistant always took her calls with a smile. Just a great experience and would definitely recommend.

READ BEFORE YOU DECIDED TO MAKE YOUR THIS YOUR LAW TEAM I was involved in car accident in 2017 on October I had called bighorn and spoke with chad Schaub a lawyer at this law firm he come to my house which I explained to him that I had Previous law firm do me dirty in the past and I explain to them how much I was charged for the last lawyer I had I told him I wasn’t going to pay the 33% so he initially agreed on 30% to take my case and if it went to trial he would charge me 33% and that’s was the payment offer what we agreed on well after I signed my paperwork I never heard from Chad again for almost seven months I had a paralegal name Jamie working but first it was another paralegal that work my case Previously but within a 3 month period I found out she quit probably because she knew there were a dirty law firm and this ladie Jaime was hired and very unprofessional she explained to me that we got the full amount which is insurance limits are 15,000 she told me that I would be receiving 2,700 and that my daughter would be receiving 1,300 and to sign the paperwork when it came in so I can sign so I Waited to receive the paperwork to see how much the charges were for me and My daughter by the way my daughter had access at the time but somehow they charge $400 for insurance and another $400 for an admin fee and they Also tried to charge me another 400 on another Admission fee for me signing up for them to just representing me and my daughter they charged us $800 to sign up fee with this law firm I told Jamie I’m not signing anything and I wanted to speak with Chad Schaub it took Chad a couple of days to get in contact with me but after he did he showed up to my house within 45 minutes after I haven’t heard from him in seven months I told him what’s going on here I explained to him I haven’t heard from him or seen him or talk to him and he basically he said I’ll do whatever you want I’m here to listen to you and make you happy I told him where have you been for the past seven months chad you had me dealing with your partner Spencer which I never met him in my life and dealing with the woman name Jamie that was his assistant another thing I found strange is how his assistant knew exactly what I was going to get without even doing the reductions of my hospital bills she quote me at like 2,700 and my daughter they try to give my daughter 1400 and when I got the paperwork it would say I’m Receiving 2,900 and my daughter 1500 I knew this was not the right amount So when Chad Schaub came to my house he knew he did me wrong and he Took away the 33% and change it to 30% on both of are contract with no admin fee to are settlement so to make us happy so he Basically added another another thousand dollars for my daughter settlement and added another 1500 to my settlement when I asked him how much he was he getting he told me it’s right there on the paper Which said 4,500 fee I knew there they were trying to do me wrong so to try to fix there mistake they started adding more money to are settlement I still wasn’t happy because I feel they try to take it advantage of me Because of my education in school and not knowing how to read court documents so I filed a complaint with the attorney general and the State Bar of Arizona I feel that these law firms take it advantage of people that don’t have education in schools and don’t know how to read law documents so I stood up for my rights and started talking to people about my situation I was able to seek justice for this wrong doing by this law firm I will never use This law firm again Nor will recommend them To any family or friends they are crooks and all these good reviews are probably from their own employees that work in the office with them

Worst law firm ever!!!! They referred me to a shady dentist that pulled some broken teeth out that occurred from the accident. He was supposed to put an implant in and I still have no teeth there. The drs office that was supposed to help with my back injury didn’t, needless to say I had to leave my job cause I couldn’t perform my duties anymore and fell behind on bills. This was supposed to be an easy case since I was rear ended by a cab and went to the dr the next day but the dentist didn’t keep records and took almost 2 Years and almost made me run out of time on the statute of limitations and then when I went to my dentist to have my teeth fixed paying for it out of my own pocket they never gave them the records if there were any. Needless to say I lost my vehicle, job, teeth and money all by using this law firm and the said we can get you $2000 from the company. I was over it and said fine and after that they begged me to give them a 5 star rating cause they believe they did a great job. Thanks for nothing big horn.
