Livingston? An ornery old man WAY past his retirement stage. Emotionless, robotic like, kind of guy you wanna slap after talking to for 5 mins!!! Sleepwalking zombie comes to mind.
Seriously, he can be downright rude if not a total jack**^
Good attorney? I can say with a degree of certainty NO. Even his own "specialty" is kindergarten like activities such as wills, debt relief and counseling.
Obviously even his own partners think he's VERY limited in his capacity...
He is not capable of taking on ANY case requiring the expertise above that of helping you navigate the complex world of how to pay a parking ticket by mail..
Plus his lack of passion and drive would SURELY leave you with a negative outcome.
His level of enthusiasm is equal to that of cleaning up a broken trash bag in the yard attacked by cats.
