Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with. I work with many, many lawyers in my professional life and I can not overstate how great she is to work with. I really appreciate her non-nonsense approach combined with openness. I truly knew that she cared for my best interests.

I couldn't have been more pleased working with Sharon. Her knowledge and experience made the mediation process stress free and both myself and ex wife felt very confident in the decisions we made. Sharon answers all of your questions and couldn't be a better guide throughout from meetings to paperwork to filing with the county. Not to mention the money everyone saves by avoiding court. I cant recommend her enough

Sharon was able to help my now ex-wife and I work through our divorce in a reasonable manner. Sharon stayed 'down the middle' and addressed both of our concerns and answered our questions. Both of us felt we had as fair as deal as possible and that we didn't leave decisions up to a Judge that didn't know us at all. Equally important, she let us take our time as there were moments where we thought we could reconcile.

I highly recommend trying Mediation first versus starting a financial fight with your spouse. You will spend/lose so much more money turning it over to lawyers focused just on one-side. Also, there are ways to talk through tough issues versus leaving it up to a Judge. If you want a say in your divorce, try mediation.

Lastly, Sharon and her team were very pleasant and accommodating. Her fees are reasonable and thousands of dollars cheaper then a 'lawyer fight' that most folks go through. I can't stress enough that you should try mediation first. Worst case, if it doesn't work out then you know you tried to be reasonable and had to move on to the last resort. Sorry you are going through this - it eventually does get better.

If only I met her early in the process! Sharon was able to help my ex husband and I navigate through very challenging decisions that were not resolved between our attorneys and other professionals through a collaborative process. We walked away from her sessions feeling that the kids' best interest was always the top priority and she gave us the perspective that we needed when we had to each compromise on things. She took us to the finish line. I highly recommend her as a mediator and know that when and if I need additional help post divorce, she will be my first choice!

How do I loathe thee? Let me count the ways. If you're a fan of brevity in communication, untimely correspondence (if any), delaying sufficiently so as to compel opposing counsel to inquire about progress, ignorance of the facts of your case when queried, being personally chided for not paying enough, being told your case isn't worthy of interest, multitudes of misunderstandings, and personally antagonistic representation, you'll love the treatment here.
Sharon Easley has a pending grievance filed against her with the Texas State Bar Chief Disciplinary Counsel's office.
